Over the past few months, I’ve found myself in more mentoring conversations than ever—guiding colleagues through the often invisible layers of corporate life. These weren’t just technical discussions; they were about influence, belonging, and growth.
And something clicked.
Inspired by thinkers like Simon Sinek, who reminds us to start with why, Adam Grant, who champions generosity and rethinking, and Daniel Priestley, who urges us to become key people of influence—I realized this might be my niche.
As someone who transitioned from hands-on engineering to leading pioneering applications teams, I’ve seen how success in corporate environments isn’t just about what you know—it’s about how you show up, how you connect, and how you lead.
Through mentoring, I’ve helped others:
-Decode organizational dynamics
-Communicate with clarity and confidence
-Align personal growth with team and company goals
The feedback has been deeply affirming. And it made me ask: What if this is the work I’m meant to scale?
So here I am—exploring this path more intentionally, starting within ADI where I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside brilliant minds. I’m excited (and a little nervous) to take this leap, but I believe there’s real value in helping others unlock their potential in environments that can often feel overwhelming.
If you’ve ever felt stuck, unsure, or just needed someone to help you see the bigger picture—I’d love to connect. Let’s talk about how we can grow together.
