Over a decade in tech and counting, I’ve grown from quietly doing the work to finding my voice—and using it to lead with purpose.

I used to stay in the background, believing that good work would always speak for itself. But as I moved through different roles and experienced different cultures, I realized something important: the kind of workplace we dream about doesn’t just happen. It’s built—through everyday choices, honest conversations, and the way we show up for each other.

As a Filipino engineer, I’ve seen so much untapped potential in our local talent. That realization nudged me out of my shell. I stepped into leadership not just to manage, but to help others see what they’re capable of—to create a space where Filipino scientists and engineers feel supported, motivated, and inspired to contribute to something bigger than themselves.

These days, I speak with intention, lead with heart, and show up with the hope that the culture we build together can move not just companies forward—but communities too.
